Clarendon House is a commercial property containing some of the most prestigious office space in Harrogate town centre spanning four floors of fully air conditioned offices with additional facilities such as showers, lifts and secure underground parking.

We refurbished & refreshed the common areas, WCs, shower area and office suites to create an open, bright, and modern space, with external repairs to the building too.
