The Electric Press Leeds is an iconic grade II listed building originally built in 1840 for the printing firm of Chorley and Pickersgill. The iconic building with its trademark square chimney and Victorian arches is home to a carriage works theatre, and buzzing bars and restaurants.
Approved by Leeds City Council, Switch at The Electric Press will offer a modern, funky, and contemporary office space spread over three floors, with floorplates starting at 4,600 sqft with huge existing arched windows and high ceilings which reveal the stunning industrial heritage of the building.
In respect of this landmark building, an artist’s mural will sit boldly on the side of this building to symbolise the buildings, past present, and future.
