We were instructed to undertake cut-end corrosion roof repair works on a retail unit at Victoria Retail Park, in Halifax.

This scheme involved power jet washing the entire surface area of the roof inclusive of roof lights, clearing out gutters to the front and rear of the unit.

We then prepared and applied Seamsil 100 cut-edge treatment to the mid-slope laps, gutter edges, ridge and verge flashing joints. We also applied a full roof overcoat using Delcote Architectural coating.
