For the third and final phase of renovation works at Windsor House, we transformed the original Palm Court Foyer and Cafe.

Set amongst landscaped surroundings, the period building was originally home to the Grand Hotel in the 1900s, then converted into offices in the 1980s.
The original Palm Court required an extensive refurbishment to provide the 115 local, national and international businesses a space for greater collaboration amongst the tenants of Windsor House.

The refurbishment works of Palm Court Foyer and Café now named ‘The Pantry’ have transformed this historic space with a tasteful complementary mix of traditional architecture and contemporary design. With its stylish and modern luxurious booths and an impressive giant olive tree sitting proudly as a focal feature, the Palm Court certainly leaves a lasting impression.
